Returns:
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all authorized return(s), within 45 days of receipt of order. . Authorization number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. To be eligible for authorization, a product must be unopened and undamaged. In order to receive an official authorization for return number, call your distributor. Please have your order number ready. The order number appears in the upper right hand corner of the packing slip. You will be required to return the original packing slip with the official authorization for return number written above the order number with the returned product(s). Shipping & Handling cost are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
